We hired P&D Kitchens & Baths for intensive renovations to our condo. They came highly recommended from a friend who used them twice for renovations. We are incredibly happy to have taken their recommendation. As we all know, renovations can be quite stressful and expensive. This is a family run company based in Richmond and each encounter we have had with the staff was very impressive. From Marta who manages the show room, coordinates appointments and is extremely knowledgeable of the products available she navigated us in the selection of toilets/sinks/tiles/fixtures/shower doors/ kitchen sinks

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They did our friends' beautiful kitchen so I went with them despite the other review that's online and I am VERY VERY glad I did.
It started with the great selection of door profiles that they had. Because they are a family business and make the cabinets themselves, they are very flexible so every profile was available in any type of wood and any stain.
They also have a fast lead time, one of the fastest in the business. And the price was definitely right which made it possible for us to maximize our planning beyond what we had thought we could

Stay Away! We did a complete home renovation in 2017/2018, P&D was responsible for supplying cabinetry and countertops for all bathrooms and the kitchen.
Approximately after 3 months after completion, the adhesive substance they used on the cabinets started to fail. Resulting in the face material to peel away , giving our modern kitchen an unbelievably ugly look. We did not cheap out on materials or contractors. We believe in paying for quality and thought we would receive this from P&D.
When we contacted P&D, their resolve was to tear apart our kitchen and send the defective pieces back for
