Maintaining our reputation for hard work, quality workmanship and service is more than a passion, it's a family tradition for over 50 years. In 1967, Ed Seguin bought his first truck after working as a miner and operating a beef cattle farm with the dedicated help of his family. Soon afterward, Ed along with his wife Jeanne-d'Arc and their four sons started paving and landscaping without anything more then rakes, shovels and a wheel barrel.
We provide drilling and blasting services by controlled use of explosives to break/remove rock to an accurate grade for building foundations, road grades, parking areas, and more. We also offer trench blasting for utilities and mass blasting for open pit mines and quarries. Our operators work in a safe manner and are capable of blasting near buildings and utilities while controlling and recording seismic activities.
Throughout our journey we've acquired an extremely versatile fleet of excavation equipment and invaluable experience. What sets us apart is the fact that we have the knowledge to determine the right equipment for your project and more importantly we can provide it. Our skilled operators are friendly and are there for you.
With our hydrovac truck we flushed the line and utilized camera technology to determine where and why the blockage occurred. The camera would not provide any clear results therefore we've diligently excavated to where the camera would "black-out". It was a sensitive project as many various services were in the area such as Fiber Optic, Gas, Hydro and major storm sewer pipes.
Provide crushing services in the Kirkland Lake area to reduce ore size from 24" minus to 6" and haul the product to a gold mill. Build access road to old ore stockpiles the clients wanted to process at the mill to determine ore content. Because we're also road builders, we were capable of being a "one stop shop" for our clients.

Installed our septic system and now that it's complete it works well. Getting there was a nuisance however as the system initially passed inspection but the configuration was not good. Getting the job re-done properly was a pain: the response was unhelpful at first, but it was re-done promptly in the end.
