Amazing job! Zach was knowledgeable, hardworking, and sooo polite!! We were impressed reading other reviews and decided to book with this company. Zach arrived and listened to our concerns, addressed the problem zones, and made our white carpets and wool area rug look like new!! The wine stains on the stairs are gone!! The Chihuahua mistakes are Gone!! The house smells wonderful!! The carpets are beautiful to the touch and I must say this guy took the utmost care around our furnishings and hardwoods!! Thanks again to the lady in the phone for answering all our questions about products and equipment

Found out about Pro-Steam through their mailed coupons and I'm glad I did! Easy to call & book, Tyler called before arriving, was super professional, explained the process, protected the flooring/walls and took out all stains! Pleasantly surprised at the final product (like brand new carpets) and the value for what I paid! Would definitely recommend!

Pro-Steam does great work! I had stains in my commercial carpet that I thought would never come out. Grease, coffee, and other things that I could not spot clean at all.
Tyler came at the end of our day to not interfere with our customers and did an awesome job! No stains anywhere. I am very happy with their service and quality. I highly recommend!

Takes advantage of seniors, bait and switch the price. add chemicals which raises the price, without asking. Uses commissioned operators who get paid more when they charge more. left area with excess soap. charged for steps and landing which were non existent. presoaked the area to make it looked darker, then took pictures which they claimed the… area was excessively dirty, b/c it was darker. said they charged more than the quote b/c the dirty carpets. FYI - you clean carpets b/c they are dirty. Arranged for my elderly parent who had moved out. the place was empty.
