I just came back from a holiday to find my furnace not working. It's busy season right now for these guys, and it wasn't going below 0° overnight quite yet. So I pulled out a couple of space heaters and was fine to wait a couple days for them to come by and eventually diagnose the circuit board failure. DM Heating removed an old boiler replacing it with a high performance unit. This involved a total rework of our core heating system including redesigning and replacing old system elements. The work was delivered on time and on budget with a minimum of disruption. We were VERY pleased with Brad's work ethic and his approach to the challenge, including his concern about ensuring that the rest of our house was kept clean.
The system is well designed and organized, and understandable. Best of all, it works great!!
