I had an issue with one of Budget Roof Cleaning's drivers today, and they genuinely took my complaint seriously and dealt with it promptly. In my experience, that's not how things usually go, which means that this company genuinely cares about both their customers, and their face in the community. Received a quote that was 3x more than two other companies for the same service. When I had emailed to cancel the service, an appointment had not been booked yet, I received an extremely hostile and rude response. Budget Roof Cleaning is definitely not budget friendly and their customer service was anything but respectful or professional. Shop around people, Budget Roof Cleaning overcharges more than double and has a bad attitude.

Our roof was in dire need of help. I knew I couldn't get someone to just pressure wash all the moss and mold off as it can damage my shingles and cause major problems. I called Budget Roofing for their expertise on what I needed to do! Not only were they quick to respond but they use a moss and black algae formula that will not damage my roof and had instant results!!!! Money well spent!!!!!

I hired, for what I thought to be a rather high price, a company to CLEAN my roof. Thought it might be better quality. I was told by a friend whose neighbor had his roof done a while ago that they paid several hundred less with absolute same result. Based of my results so far, this budget cleaning franchise did an ok job but is a very overpriced service and I would shop around more next time before paying too much.

My roof looks amazing!!! My neighbors had their roof done last summer and when I asked if they got it re-shingled they told me about budget roof cleaning, so I'm blown away. It looks like a brand new roof. The technicians were super friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company!
