These guys are classy. They showed up to pave and the grade was a bit high. I was concerned that I was not going to get the full thickness of driveway promised…. No problem. The crew did not question it, scraped it more, tamped it and made it right. They did not argue, lie or try cover anything up…. They just made it right. Thanks to the crew today for being so professional.

Met with Heather for our design consultation had the proposal and design a week later. They were pretty much fully booked but squeezed us into the busy schedule. Im glad they could. The crew came in and did a proffesional job the quality was on point. We loved working with Acres Landscaping.

Hi had a wonderful experience working with this company. Heather came out for the design consultation, within 2 weeks I had a digital design and a detailed quote and information package on the process. By far this company was more professional than others we had out. Finally this past ,onth the work was completed I am so blown away by the quality of work that was performed. Well worth the wait! If I could make a suggestion book early in the winter with these guys they are very highly recommended and sought after. 5 stars Acres Landscaping. Durham Region

My wife and i had Heather out for a consultation we shared our ideas with her amd she madebgreat suggestions and had a clear vision of what would work for the interlock in the front of our home. Nate then did a professional digital design. We love his vision. The proposed materials being modern in nature we loved the proposal and singed. Acres Landscaping came highly recommended and they were worth the wait. Finally the crew came this past Septemeber and did an outstanding job on the interlock.

I had an appointment booked no one showed up. I reached out by phone and email with no response.

It's funny how you have time to respond to my review in such a lengthy fashion but when I sent you an email asking if someone was coming to the appointment on Wednesday at 9am I received no response. If you can't handle your work load and your overwhelmed maybe you should hire some more people.
And I feel very offended that you would think the time I posted my review would assume I do nothing with my life. I have worked throughout this pandemic and not from home my position requires

I was so impressed with Heather from Acres Landscaping for such a thourough job explaining the process of the work and how the crews would put together my project. I was also amazed at her knowledge and understanding of Landscaping and blown away that she actually worked on a crew and lead the team for a few yrs. She was great at explaining the different materials that we could use and she had great vision and ultimately we went with the stone she suggested.
Nate came by with a stunning design that just made sense and worked for us and we booked them right away. A few months later the crew came

Huge Thank you to Heather and Nate from Acres Landscaping. We hired them last year to do our pool surrounding landscaping and waterfall. They were excellent and did a fantastic job designing and suggesting materials to use. The install only took a week and the crew was professional, polite, uniformed, answered every question we had (which my wife had a new one everyday!) and cleaned up every day end. We are excited to have them back this summer to do our driveway in interlocking stones. We just met with Nate the owner this week and he is putting together a digital design for us to view next week

Contracted with Acres to clear snow last year (2014/2015 season) at our house in Ajax. We have a regular 2-abreast driveway and front sidewalk.
It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend Acres to anyone at any price unless you don't need to use your driveway all winter.
We specifically wrote into the contract to use snowblowers instead of plow trucks. That didn't happen.
The driveway was never cleaned on time and when it was cleaned they left hard-packed snow on the driveway. By the end of the winter it was almost 6 inches thick! We had to call 911 for a medical emergency

This company is run very unprofessionally. I had to call them quite a few times to ask them to come over and re-clean the driveway as they has done such a poor job. My walkway was not cleared one time. They stated that they had done it and that maybe drifting snow had recovered it up(about 5.5 cm of snow). I have never seen drifting snow pile up so evenly...right up to my doorway!
Lots of excuses for poor or no service on many occasions such as ....we couldn't make it cause the truck broke down (never came)...we only have 2 crews and they are busy and they will be there later on this evening
