Sub par builder I bought in 2018 sub par quality and service my ceilings look terrible when I brought to there attention they offered to sand and nor repaint funny how none of the model homes had that issue there are better builders out there stay away and this comes from a current tamarack owner

Tamarack has made us live in a dangerous, loud, disruptive and messy construction zone for two years now, our house is still awaiting basic finishing and repairs and their willingness to help or improve the situation falls on deaf ears. They don’t care about homeowners at all, only building houses as quickly as possible and taking your money. They are taking advantage of the housing market and making everyone’s life incredibly unsafe and stressful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Amazing Builder! They Have Beautiful models (Oxford B, Peyton C) At Meadows. they also build ur home with respect and their customer service is great. their home build quality is also amazing (I've purchased with tamarack before) and there warranty group comes on time to fix a broken part. And another thing i like about tamarack is there homes are open spaced and they user their SQFT very wisely.

Tamarack Homes is a great company until they have your money. After sales service was very bad. Sending emails and making calls with no action unless you escalate. Right now I'm in a dispute where I asked them to fix my grass after it was ripped out to build their sidewalk. I went through all processes with the Councillor of my area and they determined that this was Tamarack's responsibility. When I emailed Jon Rot from Tamarack he pretty much ghosted me. Just like anything you will deal with Tamarack it's a struggle. If you're reading this and thinking of giving this company the most important

My wife and I just finalized our purchase of a new home with Tamarack and we could not have been more impressed with the entire experience. We spent a few years and researched each developer and their offerings and none set the bar as high as Tamarack. Deb and Mike were, and continue to be, an absolute pleasure to work with. Local builder. The sales knows their product very well. A+ for the sales. However it's high demand season. Everyone want to get hold of a lot before price skyrocketed. Yeah. The building process is a pain. We've seen some peoples concerate cracked due to winter pouring and incorrect curing. The post sale service can be slow as not enough trade to deal with big volume of customers. Overall speaking, most of our major issue got fixed. We are happy with the house. Thank you tamarack team.
