Growing since 1933 and first incorporated in 1966 as William P Dowd and Sons, Dowd Roofing Inc. is a family-owned business and a leader in New Brunswick's roofing and construction industry. To meet the growing demand, Dowd Home Improvements Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 to provide superior service for residential windows, doors, siding and decking.
Dowd Roofing Inc. supplies, installs and maintains all types of flat roofing systems in New Brunswick. These are built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and both traditional and advanced membranes, including EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin). I have used Dowd on Several Occasions, The last couple times I have used them I got the feeling that I was lucky to be working with them. Meaning I had to be lucky to get a hold of someone and once I did I had to hear how busy they were and how many calls they have been getting and "phew, you are so lucky you got me on the phone."
The last time I used them, it was for a repair and I wasn't so lucky. I agreed to a Time and Material repair. The repair didn't work, so I tried to get a hold of someone, but wasn't lucky enough. I left a message and said the repair didn't work. Then silence, a week

Called on a Monday to get an quote for eavestrough. No answer, left message. Called back a couple of times. No answer. Finally called the office on Friday and told them not to bother, I was going with someone else. Got a call on Friday afternoon asking me when they could send someone out for a quote. No thanks.
