We bought our house new 20 years ago and the builder had installed CW built and designed cabinets. We recently put all new maple hardwood floors throughout the main floor of our bungalow along with some other changes. We asked a renovator about the maple CW cabinets and he said there was no need to change them as they looked in great condition. To this day the cabinets look new and we've had no trouble or issues with them. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation recommending CW Kitchens to anyone looking for new cabinets.

We certainly made the right decision when we decided to award our business to CW Kitchens. From the initial consultation until after installation this company has met every need / want and desire that fit into our budget. Not only in the design stage, but also in determining our finishes. While listening to our essential needs our new kitchen had to meet, our wants / desires of how the space needed to function for our family, and the feel of the space that we wanted to convey, no stone was left unturned.

Today, Sept 22, 2021, Kevin from CW Kitchens arrived to retrofit a cabinet in our kitchen; garbage bin opening is now a stack of drawers; I am reporting a very positive experience ~ from reception at front door to job completion!!
Kevin was very courteous, tidy, knowledgeable and approachable; very pleased with his workmanship!
Additionally, he identified a very minor needed adjustment on another drawer and without hesitation fixed it;

I recently had the first maintenance issue with my cabinets since they were installed by CW 22 years ago. I contacted the office about repairing a drawer bracket and was both relieved and pleasantly surprised by how quickly I had a solution to my concern. I have recently had my new custom kitchen installed, and I have 3 major concerns that they are unwilling to do anything about. As kitchen designers there are some key things I feel they should have shown me or informed me of.
1. They say it is quite common to have a slant to the ceiling. If this is the case, they should anticipate it and do the measurements before finalizing drawings. I have a riser between the cabinet and crown molding that is clearly not level and they won't fix it (without paying for all new crown molding).

Following a coffee mishap some of our kitchen cabinet fronts were stained.
Vikram recommended the solution and Kevin picked up the damaged fronts and reinstalled them after refinishing. Both these men are knowledgeable, personable and great representatives for CW Kitchens. We are thrilled with the end results. We highly recommend this company.

I have used CW Kitchens twice, and both times I was very impressed with the design, the quality and beauty of the cabinets and the installation process.
