There is no appointment necessary to visit our showroom, however, if you wish to meet with a designer an appointment is recommended.

Purchased several items from them for a home renovation. Almost all the products were defective and needed replacement. Extremely poor and rude customer service. Product "looks good" but quality is sub-par. Its too bad, as their stuff has so much potential. They pretty much go out of there way to make your entire experience as painful as possible. Wait time on replacement parts can be up to 4 months as everything comes from China! I had no bathtub for over 4 months and a faulty shower for 5 months. One of my vanities was defective on delivery and suffered cosmetic damage. They tried to repair unsuccessfully

Exceptionally poor customer service from reception. I was at the store yesterday hoping to pick up an order placed by a company working with me on my kitchen reno. I had been working at my new house, finished early and drove across the city to pick up the item (towel shelf) so that it would be on site for my contractor. The order was supposed to be picked up from the warehouse (admittedly my fault) and the warehouse was closed. I explained to the receptionist that I had driven an hour to be there; however, rather than working with me to address the situation (i.e., by offering an alternative product

Major renovations and decided to redo 3 bathrooms. I liked what they had to offer in products and selected 2 toilets a vanity 2 shower faucet combo and a vanity faucet. Quick to make the sale but not so quick to assist when you had a problem. They made right whatever my issue was, but they made me work for it. They made me feel as I did not what I was doing and that it was my fault. As you can see my reviews have helped over 200,000. I’m not going back because of the customer service and how they made me feel.

The counter top they gave me doesn’t match the size of the drawers. I found out after I already installed the everything on the wall and ready to put the counter top on. You can see from the pictures how the countertop is smaller than the drawers. It wastes me extra time and cost for contractors as they were on site and wasn’t able to install.
They should understand the nature of mistakes in their business cost a lot more for their clients. But the after-sale customer service also not very friendly.

I happened upon Muti when I was at the beginning/planning stages of my renovation of my new house. I was fortunate enough to have Martina come and assist me, and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me consider things that I never would have previously thought of… Like perhaps vessel sinks are not great for a bathroom with two teenage boys! She provided great advice which was in keeping with the budget I told her about. Excellent service from Martina when I was at the store.
