Most Unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Had many issues with them over the years, but I will share the worst one that was the icing on the cake.
At 3:15am on a Sunday my front door sensor was acting up. This woke me up of course even though the alarm was disarmed it began to beep every minute or so showing a fault.
Their call centre began calling at 8 am , repeatedly 3 x in a row on the hour EVERY HOUR, leaving multiple voice mails over the same NON EMERGENCY ISSUE.
They finally tricked me onto the phone by calling my wife’s phone , who didn’t know of the issue and got her

Alarms Systems is not about gouging you for your cash. They do an honest assessment of your needs with their recommendations for system install and purchase with follow through with a very affordable monthly monitoring price that never changes...no renting of equipment for ever like other alarm companies. Very quick to respond to an alarm, very highly recommended, as we have been with Alarm Systems for over 10 yrs.

I called the office about a chirping smoke alarm. I was told to change the battery but my unit is hard-wired to the house and has a sealed battery which is good for the life of the unit (10 years). My rep' insisted that I should change the battery every 6 months.
I fixed the problem myself. It turned out to be nothing to do with the alarm unit, but I was disappointed with the technical advice I received over the phone.

Thank you to everyone at Alarm Systems! My grandfather's PERS device went off last night after a serious fall. The Control Centre immediately notified us to check-in on him after he did not respond. The Control Centre continued to check-in with us until 911 had arrived. Well worth the investment and peace of mind!

We have been clients of Alarm Systems for more than three years. While always happy with my system, I recently did some revamping of our space and asked that they come in to move some sensors. Henry came and he was an absolute delight!!! He was patient and seemed so happy to answer my questions and give me some suggestions! He followed up with the fobs I wanted, he came himself and set them all to work for my staff and myself. A few days later...Heather called me to let me know my invoice is on it's way and what to expect with my upgrades. The entire process was easy, everyone was so kind and helpful

I used Alarm Systems for the first time - went to their office in Belleville and a sales rep spent 20 minutes with me explaining my options for a little home security system. Initially I wanted to add to and reprogram and existing house security system and do it myself. After reading the equipment manual for 2 hours I realized this is simply beyond my skills and need professionals. I called them and they quoted less than $300 for the job for a site updating, reprogramming and adding 2 devices to the system. Very professional and friendly service - excellent value. You can get a new complete home
