I would advise to look elsewhere for a Concrete Contractor. They never answered my calls. When they finally did call back, they decided to yell at our office secretary and rudely hang up on her before getting the chance to speak with me.
Nepean, if you are going to decline work, all you have to say is 3 simple words: "Sorry not interested." That way people won't be forced to write a poor review to warn people to avoid using your services.
