The company was disorganized at best. The only people they cater to is large builders. If you are looking at doing a single home or smaller project GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They overcharge extra "fees" and have zero communication skills. They delayed my project for over 2 months continuously gave BS excuses as to why. Try any other concrete company.

So you may notice a review by myself a year ago with some disappointment about communication. On a friends suggestion I reached out to Cotton again. We started an addition this year 2020 and once again I reached out to Cotton, Richard quickly contacted me, priced the job and we agreed terms. From excavation to back fill all the staff were fantastic, they worked on time and with care for both our property and roadways. No regrets giving them a second go around and we will use them for any future projects. Thank you Richard and all the staff on a great job.

Cotton has done two concrete jobs for us, most recent being an exposed aggregate driveway! Very happy with all the work they have done! Cotton did all of the foundation work for a large addition over a year ago. The expertise, work ethic, and quality of workmanship is amazing. The crew worked efficiently, and were so respectful. Let me tell you those guys have a very hard job and not one of them complained out there in the extreme heat working really long hours. We were on a tight timeline and those guys kept on working until the job was done; and done right! They showed up when they were supposed to. Left the site tidy. Can't say enough about them. We've had no issue with cracks etc. Such a great company and excellent quality

I was driving down 4 mile creek rd in st davids yesterday when a dump truck from cotton construction, presumably carrying rocks, unleashed it's fury and dropped a bunch of debris while going over a bump. As I was behind the truck, my windshield took the brunt of it and now has a crack and chip in it. I called the company to inform them and ask if there's anything they'd be willing to do, as I have the trucks license plate number. After transferring me over to the trucking department the associate on the phone simply stated "those things are no longer

Don’t ever use this company for a foundation to your house!!! Ours cracked right away. The pour in place basement windows were all crooked and didn’t function properly. Had to argue with them for a fix. They only fixed the worst ones. Had to chase hem down and wait in the parking lot for the guy in charge. They were avoiding our calls. When they did fix just the windows they put the wells back in crooked. Make sure your builder doesn’t use them!!!
