Josh started his construction career as a framer. From there he went to work in a cabinet makers' shop. It was at the shop where his appreciation for fine finishings and quality custom work grew. In Hamilton, ON, Josh worked as the Project Manager for multiple commercial builds. He gained experience in hiring, managing and scheduling multiple trades across multiple projects.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We bought a house that was gutted and flipped by this company in Burlington. The house is ridden with short cuts and bad work. We have had to spend thousands of dollars to have their work fixed and we paid full market value for this house. the biggest insult is that the photos of our house are being promoted on their website.

Top Standard Contracting and their entire crew are fantastic. Diane Beard (my wife) and I highly recommend this contracting company. The do excellent work, are punctual, courteous, reliable, take pride in their work, are always neat and clean and the quality is flawless. They are the best in the business, no question. We went to Maui, left them the keys and came home to everything we asked for and more. The place was so clean we couldn't believe someone had been working in our home.
