The guys who came to my house were very professional, discussed the job up front and at the end went through the work in detail.
The workmanship on inspection is great and the courtesy inspection of our plumbing was very much appreciated.

The Pleasant Plumber barely describes how wonderful this company is. Everyone was not only pleasant, but also professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient (I know nothing about plumbing). They replaced two leaky outdoor taps and I was very, very pleased with the speedy response and efficient repair. I would and have recommended this company to everyone.

Very responsive and professional business. I had a leaking pipe and called them on Sunday. They dispatched the team same day and guys showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and have done a fairly good job. Even when the leak reappeared on one of the joints after few hours later, they sent another repairman early next morning who fixed it immediately. Definitely recommended.

This is the second time that we've used the Pleasant Plumber, and both times we've been very satisfied. Our basement bathtub was backing up with water so we called and they were able to show up the same day. Andrew came with an apprentice (sorry I did not catch her name) . They were both very polite and did an excellent job of clearing the tree roots from the main sewer drain. They wore booties over their shoes as to not get snow all over the house and cleaned up after themselves. Great customer service, right from the first phone call. Had issues with a running toilet due to broken fill valve. They offered to have someone out next day at 7am. Technician Tim was awesome, explained everything. Determined that my shut-off valve was not closing completely so replaced that as well as the fill valve. I had recently purchased new taps for bathroom sink and he installed those too. Tim was very thorough and answered all questions and offered lots of helpful advice. Will definitely use their service again.

My experience with the Pleasant Plumber was, well, pleasant. Not only is their communication game top notch, but I was super happy with the work Daniel did at my newly purchased home replacing the broken shutoff valve to my outdoor faucet just in time for winter. He was prompt, courteous and more than happy to give me tips on maintaining a home in the Winnipeg winters (I'm from the Southern United States so have never owned a house in this kind of cold). Our main floor bathtub/shower was leaking a bit of water into the finished basement. The plumber came on time and quickly determined why. He cut a small hole in the ceiling and changed a section of ABS pipe that was never glued(only dry-fitted). I was expecting to pay $500 but the cost was $400. Overall, I am satisfied.

I discovered this morning that I needed to replace my hot water heater, and so I called Pleasant Plumber as I had called them out a couple of times in the past and the service had always been friendly and professional. Barrett called me back within minutes and said he would send a plumber that afternoon.
