I was previously with another dealer for my SecurTek system. After a couple years of problems and multiple “fixes” I requested a dealer reassignment. I was reassigned to InsurGuard and couldn’t be happier! The technician was able to diagnose and fix my issue in one visit, not to mention he was very friendly and knowledgeable! I am so happy that I am now dealing with InsurGuard!

Extremely happy with the service we received from InsurGuard Security here in Saskatoon. The service technicians Marshall and Merlin were very polite and accommodating. They assured me they would take every precaution to do the installation with as little drilling, wiring as possible to keep the aesthetics of our home, and they really did!!! They were also very cautious to not damage anything that was in the house. I felt immediately comfortable having them in our home. Very frustrating. I've had nothing but problems with the VeraMate system since it was installed. Insurguard has tried on numerous occasions to fix the problems. It has now been two years and problems have not been fixed. I simply requested that Insurguard provide me with a system that works or refund my money. The have done nothing. It appears that their position is that I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and I will not receive a refund. Amazing. It appears my only option now is to consult with a lawyer. Hope your experience hasn't been as bad as mine. Take care.
