***AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS***
These total amateurs came our home without notifying anyone - like we insisted they do as no one was going to be home for the entire day - dug up our yard, cleaned out the septic (we assume, ya know, because NONE OF THE HOMEOWNERS WERE CALLED IN TO ACCOMPANY THESE GRIFTERS), left an open hole 'because that's the way it's done', then went on their merry way to rip someone else off.
All to the tune of $450.
Can't say it enough: avoid these idiots if you value not only your property, but your hard earned cash.

Rob and the crew at Northern are the best! I've used them twice now and this week was an emergency, which was responded to way faster than I expected. In this awful heat, Rob didn't hesitate to 'get down to it' and fix my broken pump. They are professional, courteous, know what they are doing and leave the place/area without any evidence they were there!
