This is our second pre-construction home purchase. The first one was with a big commercial builder, and now 2nd time around with Farnsworth. We weren't sure what to expect. I have to say, there is absolutely NO COMPARISON in workmanship, professionalism, responsiveness and general service. The Farnsworth Team, Andy, Mark and Cathie are the absolute consummate professionals, knowledgeable, approachable and patient. We closed our home (Hilcrest) 5 days ago, and suffice it to say, WE ARE IN LOVE. We've been searching for our forever home for a few years now and we are elated that the Farnsworth Team

I purchased in the Harvest Glen Subdivision last October. The process was made easy and a HUGE shout out to Mark Cannons for his patience with me during this process. I can't thank him enough for being so approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable.
FARNSWORTH quality is definitely top notch and I get nothing but compliments on my build. My house is BeAuTiFuL, well built, no stress which is exactly what I was looking for.
Lastly, I liked to note, my house closed on time liek promised
