We’ve been on a “waiting list” for two weeks. That’s fair, it’s busy season. Called on Monday asking if there was a date for service as we need to be booked off from our jobs that day. We were told there was still no date and we would get a call. Received a call today that the technician was at our house. We are both at work and could not make it back home, resulting in our service being cancelled. Not impressed.

I contacted this company for a quote on a complete HVAC system for a new home build, I was promised the owner would contact me in a couple of weeks as things were quite busy but NOTHING. I've used this company for service in the past and they were great. Just because it's a busy year there's no excuse for a complete lack of interest in my business...shameful!

We received great service from Walkers Heating and Cooling last week. We arrived at our cottage and found a furnace problem that needed urgent attention. We called Walkers and within 2 hours a technician arrived. He found the original problem and 2 other related problems and fixed them all promptly. He showed us by testing that the problem was resolved. He also changed our furnace filter and advised us on another matter. The rest of our cottage visit was enjoyable because the issue was resolved so well and so promptly

Anytime we have had to contact Walkers we had amazing customer service. Recently we had to make a emergency trip up to our cottage as the furnace stopped working. I called Walkers as soon as they opened and Randi was amazing! She asked me some questions, told me should would call me back and have a tech their in the afternoon! She called 1.5 hrs later and said one would be there in 30 mins! I placed the call at 8am, problem was fixed and we were back on the road home by 12pm! Thanks so much!

Walkers installed a ducted HVAC system with heat pump at my family cottage. The guys worked hard to make sure every room gets enough heating/cooling, and it shows. No matter if you’re in the basement or main floor, the house is consistently the same temperature. Great work! Highly recommend Walker’s. Professional team, quality work.

Just want to share my experience. We are relatively new cottage owners. We "inherited" Walkers from the previous owners. Walkers has reliably been servicing our gas appliances for 5 years. Most recently we had a hot water tank failure and then 2 weeks later our furnace. Called Walkers in the morning and within a few hours a technician arrived and remedied the situation to our immense satisfaction. It's a pleasure to deal with a business who promptly answers the phone so I never have to leave a voice mail! The Walker team is always pleasant and courteous. The technicians are polite, neat and knowledgeable

Can't recommend Walker's Heating & Cooling enough - Scott and his team were some of the best trades people we've dealt with in Haliburton! We installed a central heating/AC system in our family cottage to make it comfortable and it's working even better than expected. All service issues are dealt with promptly, professionally and with a friendly team. Highly recommended!

I recently required urgent service on my propane furnace. It was not even operable. I contacted Walkers and hired them to do the service work.
Scheduling, communication updates (on back ordered parts), technician service and professionalism as well as direct contact with Scott and his Management team were all exemplary customer service experiences. I would recommend Walkers Heating and Cooling Systems without any hesitation.
