We’ve previously purchased a shower, powder room vanity, and now all of our faucets, sinks, bathroom fans, shower fixtures etc. for a major home renovation that we are currently doing. Excellent customer service and decor advice. Our standing tub arrived and was damaged by the delivery person. Avtar ordered a replacement, and picked up the damaged tub.

Avatar was great to deal with. Very nice and very informed. We didn't know what to expect going in. In the end we purchased toilet, pedestal sink and fixtures. Much better than the same old stuff from Homedepot and Lowes. We will definitely go there when we redo our master ensuite.

Save yourself the time going here. The man talks a good talk but knows nothing. We ordered some bath items from him, assured they were correct and when they arrived they were the wrong configuration. Somehow it became our fault. No apology, no refund. We were on our own. Fortunately we were able to find a contractor who has dealt with him before and had a return arrangement with Bath Depot (who carry the same lines at a much reduced cost). In the words of the Who - We Won't Get Fooled Again

Extremely rude owner - Avtar. Force you to buy everything from him, or else gets extremely rude and will go all the way to insult you. Highly impulsive. Would not not recommend him to anyone. He told us Ikea and Home Depot stuff is garbage in front of his products (same models).

We have purchased from Bath and Kitchen Studio few times to change our faucets. Aftar, the owner, has been great to deal with during each experience. He's very attentive and had great expertise in the faucet world. Their products are top quality. Even our trade commented on how well the faucets we ordered from Aftar are made. Aftar even went out of his way to deliver the faucet to our house since we couldn't make it to Georgetown to pick up when the order came in! If this isn't outstanding customer service, I don't know what it is then. You will not be disappointed buying from this shop. #supportlocalbusinesses

Notorious for selling either damaged or incomplete pieces...I decided to give them a shot due to a friend's recommendation. I should have adhered to my initial feelings about this place...not only did Avtar sell me a damaged faucet and toilet bowl...he was unwilling to assist when they were brought back - citing new rules for manufacturers are pushing on him. Very unhelpful and unprofessional...and I will be happy to finish my next (2) bathrooms with someone else.

I purchased up to 10,000.00 dollars worth of bathroom items. Received no service after the product arrived. The problems where mine. Highly costly items that didnt last. Returned and they never got back to me on replacement parts. Still waiting over a year for my call back on a sink stopper. Purchased a 5,000.00 tub and it still doesnt work. They wont get involved or return calls. Georgetown watch out, shopped local to support my neighbor. No neighbor in gtown. Seriousely your on your own. All real gtown people have pride in there service and our town.

My husband and I love Bath & Kitchen Studio. They are knowledgeable, professional and so nice to deal with. Pricing is great as well. We needed a toilet last minute and they went out of their way to accommodate us and get us the exact one we needed in just a few days....Other places said it would be weeks. We Love that they are a local store as well.

Small shop that has an excellent selection of bath and kitchen items. Items not in stock are ordered immediately. The owner Avtar works with his clients to ensure they are satisfied. He is willing to match pricing from competitors. Avtar and his family live in Gtown. He supports local sports. Forget the nightmare drive to a big place that doesn't care and support this excellent small business.
