Dealing with Reins Heating & AC was outstanding from the beginning. After having issues of no heat two days before Christmas they promptly and professionally made a service call to us and determined that our 12 year old furnace had two significant issues that resulted in no heat. They provided options of part replacement or furnace replacement to us with cost associated with both. Although not the original owners of the broken furnace they gave us a nice rebate on the cost of replacement which we took. By first thing the following morning (Christmas Eve Day) a crew arrived with a new high efficiency

I contacted Reins late in the week after furnace ceased to work in early November and time was crucial since temperatures were steadily dropping. Josh was able to respond quickly and came out to the site the following day to provide an estimate for a new Carrier heating system. He presented a multilevel estimate to provide a variety of options at different price points and answered all of our heating questions. Josh responded promptly over the weekend to all of our questions, and with his help we were able to make an informed decision on how best to meet the heating needs. He was very professional

I had a new furnace and water heater installed by Reins. A significant purchase in any home with concern over cost and quality of installation. Reins did not disappoint in the least. The installers were on time almost to the minute. They were friendly and polite as well as respectful of my home. They brought in their own roll out carpet so they wouldn't track any dirt in the house. I do a lot of my own home renos and I have a technical background so I can be critical of work like this. . System can not keep the house at 23 degrees at noon on a sunny day. The temperature goes up to 25 or even 26 C. We were given 4 options ranging in price from about $5000 to $9000. Price was not a consideration so we chose the most expensive option and are, therefore, somewhat disappointed that the system underperforms. The installation was done well but we may have needed a more powerful system or some other modification.

Replaceable. We used this company for over a decade to maintain and install air and heat for all our properties.Tried to book service but they now want prepayment to simply book an appointment. Policy change must be recent because my partner has never had an issue before... that, or they have a special policy for women. I made one call and had them replaced in 2 minutes with a company that does not require my credit card or an etransfer to book an appointment. So much for a decade of business.

We had Reins install a new HVAC system in July. Great service, courteous technicians and everything done in a timely manner and a great price. A big shout out to the young technician who reset our Nest to original settings…very grateful for his wonderful computer skills. A big thank you also to Josh Leakey, the Sales Manager.
