We have over 100 floor plans to choose from and can custom design and build, or, make changes to existing floor plans to suit each customers needs. All of the homes currently being built or listed as SOLD can be rebuilt on a lot of your choice. We can also help you locate a lot in the area that will accommodate the particular home build you have in mind.

Would strongly not recommend building a residential property with Amron.
Very unhappy with post build warranty, touch-ups, overall attention to customer satisfaction. As much as I would like to be happy with my $600,000 new home build, the details and Amron's desire to take care of messes and little things is very maddening. I thought they would treat me like one of theirs, but they have done the furthest thing from this. Here are the reasons:
- throughout the process I was constantly downgraded from materials said to be included in the quote. Example. Flooring that I was told would be covered

I am new to learning of Amron although I have heard many good things about this company over the time I have been here. I must say I'm very impressed so far. I have relocated my business to a permanent location after being open and closed and working from home the past few years. (health reasons). I met Gary and was shown a space he had for lease. After looking at several places prior to learning of the space Gary had for lease I was literally blown away when viewing the property. An immaculate space. Well kept, nice layout and a very reasonable price in comparison to what other owners were charging

Average experience. There's better out there but there's also a lot worse.
Currently in a 9 year old Amron home. Their motto is "Still Setting The Standard". Just had a routine problem with our kitchen faucet, realized the plumbing contractor they hired didn't even put simple valves on any of our sinks in the home. Would've taken a extra few mins and an extra few bucks for them. Cost me a couple hours and a minor headache today instead. Might be minimum code, but certainly wasn't "setting the standard" on this one.
Also have a freezing cold master bedroom in the winter. Had City worker come over
