We really thought we were getting what we were paying for. As customers we did not have an actual budget(never questioned the price) and made it very clear that we expect good quality in terms of materials and craftsmanship.
The finishing touches/ caulking that were done by the kitchen installer provided by Mastro kitchen, are horrible(as the photos can demonstrate). The installer blamed it on the dry air in our home, and would not remove and correct it by using proper caulking or another method.
The biggest problem we are still experiencing is the hood fan cover. Came into several pieces and
