Very very impressed with thus company. They do great work and stand by it. We had a crack injected many years ago and on of the fellows came by on his lunchbreak last winter to do a small repair on that crack gratis. Reasonable rates and very reliable!!

I had a backed up window well drain that caused water to leak into my basement. When I called up Ardel they sent someone out right away. After a quick inspection they were able to determine the cause and had it fixed within the hour. They also noticed my down spout wasn't set up correctly and fixed that as well.
Tim and Chris were very professional and offered advice on how to maintain my window wells properly to prevent this from happening again.
I was very satisfied with the service and price of their work. I would highly recommend this company.

Ardel concrete did a fantastic job of waterproofing my entire foundation 7 years ago. Last week when I identified an issue, they arrived the next day to assess. Although the issue didn't fall within warranty (because the moisture was due to damaged flagstone/threshold rather than the foundation work they had done), Steve took time to explain possible courses of action and recommended several stonemasons better suited for the repair.

My house apparently had two cracks. My friend recommended Steve so I contacted him. He responded quickly, did an evaluation, and had the cracks repaired at the time slot exactly as he promised. After contacting Ardel and speaking with the owner, Chris, we waited over a week of promises that he would come inspect our foundation issue (we understand, October is a busier time). The day arrived for our appointment, it was a cold rain, and it was very evident that he was not prepared (in how he was dressed to inspect outdoors), nor did he seem to care less to have our business. He provided some alternative (interim/band-aid) methods in 'managing' the issue indoors, drill holes to let the water run down below the floor (drain off). He seemed rather in a hurry (didn't want to
