We purchased one of their Condo's at 1430 Highland Rd. W. They 'forgot' to put sound insulation between the floors so as a result you can really hear your neighbours above you. And also they didn't insulate the water pipes, so you can hear the water flowing when they flush their toilet or are running their shower, which is kind of gross.
Think twice before purchasing!!!
