I built a new house and throughout the process had nothing but the best service I could expect to receive. Professional, courteous and patient, Carey and Sam were both A+ to work with.
Being experts in what they do, we took their advice on a few items we couldn't quite narrow down ourselves. We're really happy we listened to their advice, because they totally nailed it and our new house looks amazing.

Entering the store, I was impressed with the selection and quality. Shelly helped us select flooring samples. The laminate samples we took home had three different colours and we settled on one and ordered. What I discovered later was that the three samples were not the same. One had a finish that rolled over the edge making it look more authentic. One was waterproof versus water resistant. The flooring planks came in different lengths. Had the differences been explained, we would have selected the longest board, roll over colour and waterproof. The flooring arrived weeks later and we picked it

I originally left a not-very-nice review here. There were struggles to get Smalls to complete our job. I am pleased to say that they immediately reached out and have made things right. I can't leave a perfect 5-star review due to the long delays and frustrations.. BUT, because the finished result is all that we asked for, Smalls deserves 4-stars. Thanks!

We visited Smalls on a Saturday to purchase our tile, hardwood flooring as well as glass tile.
We were neither greeted nor helped the entire time we were there. There were only two groups in the store at the time, us and one other group and we were completely ignored for the duration of our visit.
We were also in view of their staff in many instances since we had to cross paths. Still nothing from their staff to see if we needed any assistance.
Terrible service. Would never give my money to a business that runs in such an unprofessional manner.

My experience with Smalls couldn't have been better. I went in with a Pinterest board my wife cooked up. I ended up dealing with Sam. He and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Giving us a variety of options to accomplish our vision as well as giving us some helpful cost saving tips to help keep us within our budget. If you are doing a new build I couldn't recommend them enough.

This company ordered a large shipment of outdoor tile. When it was delivered, there were several broken tiles in the shipment. When I brought it up with Cary (owner) , he was unwilling to replace them and was abrupt in the way he communicated. Typical small town business, little wonder why big box stores thrive.

I can't believe I went into the store, did NOT get acknowledged at all, she never even looked up from her computer where she sat on her butt the whole time. I stood 5 feet away from her and said to my son, (for the 4th time)... I don't even know where to begin in here... and she still didn't look, move or anything. Finally, I stormed out and she finally got off her butt. I cannot believe the level of customer service... which I couldn't even call it that because there was nothing!!!!!

If you buy tiles there, make sure your delivery is from one lot!
We bought tiles there and a couple of weeks later we needed additional tiles. The second lot was totally different from the first one in terms of surface. One was smooth and polished - the second one was not.
Comment from the manager: "That's the way they come and there is nothing we can do."

On their web site comments are written about what marvellous service is given by this store. Let me tell you my story. Last year I visited this store to choose tiles for a bathroom and a hall floor. The lady who helped us choose the tiles was exceptionally helpful and the order was placed. After the tiles had arrived I had occasion to call the store again and ask for some more of the hall tiles. I spoke then with Carey (spelling) who told me that the person who had served us had made a mistake with the pricing of the hall tiles and had in fact sold us the tiles at cost (these tiles were going
