After speaking to a number of contractors about renovating our kitchen, we decided to hire Pro-Pack and we are very happy we did! From pricing to personality and everything in between, they were just a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Was it a perfect renovation? No, it wasn’t. We were in the middle of a pandemic where product was back-ordered or not available so we had to make some adjustments for that. We made some design changes along the way so it pushed back our completion date by quite a bit but it was worth every painstaking moment living in our basement for a few months.

Do NOT hire this company. So many errors and issues with our kitchen renovation. 5 week estimate turned into more than 9 months. Measurements were wrong, craftsmanship faulty, damage to other components of our home. Never once an apology. They say they can do the work, but you have to watch them like a hawk. Details and finishing is not their strong point. They will install something wrong and just leave without saying anything. I point out that something is crooked, and they say “if we straighten it, THEN will you be happy?” Like it was my fault. Just bizarre. Even now, one of the last deficiencies

We are only in phase one of a four part renovation and have been so impressed with this company . The quality and workmanship is second to none and Mike & Shelly have been great to work with . Always available to answer questions and keep us up to date on time lines . Their staff are also very friendly and professional . When we decided to renovate our entire house, we knew it was going to be important which company we chose. We used a mental checklist to research different companies. 1) Trust - can we trust the company to create what we envision for our home or will they simply ignore our ideas and end up doing what they want to do? 2) Knowledge - do they have the experience to recognize problem areas and solve them so that even the hidden nooks and crannies are updated to today’s standards. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team! They are so fabulous at their job. We hired them twice and they go well above and beyond. Along with their stellar work, they are the kindest and most personable designer and contractor we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. From the first consultation to the finish of our master bathroom renovation, the staff at Pro-Pack were amazing to deal with. The design made the best use of our space and they were able to work miracles to open it up. They came on time, left the site clean every day and stayed within budget.
