Only premium quality components are used in the Newmar casement (crank out) window. A 100% pure UV stabilized PVC mainframe and sash are fusion welded to ensure a weather tight seal. At Newmar, we provide a high quality Polyamide thermally broken Unitized Window Wall System. Our Fixed/Casement and Awning windows are designed primarily for new Residential Mid and High Rise construction. Newmar Window Wall Systems are designed with a drain screen principal. The horizontal frame members cavity in combination with weep holes allow condensation to drain out the exterior of the window.

Horrible company, I called in to verify an appointment that my builder booked for me - was met with an "WHAT DO YOU WANT" attitude from service. Bottom of the barrel here folks.
The installers are incompetent, a window they installed is completely bowed in, and one window (bay) still has silicon on it that shows up as brown.
Would never recommend, horrible company, horrible service.
Builders will cheap out, I had no choice, but NEWMAR windows is the REAL bottom of the barrel when it comes to staff/product.

Their windows are very poorly constructed. Unfortunately our builder used this company and we’ve had several problems with our new windows. The worst issue is that 2 of the windows have warped, however their repair persons will not replace the window even though it’s visibly warped!! I can hear traffic outside of one window as if it’s open! There’s already rust on the operator hinges. It’s ridiculous. They’ve returned several times unannounced, and don’t actually fix or address the issues or problems. It took me 2 months and 3 visits, to get one missing screen! Ridiculous. Stay away

Installed in our new Rosehaven home. The home is now in its 7th year and I have to replace all the windows. Poorly installed, poorly manufactured, with a company "Your problem not mine attitude"
Buyer beware. Rosehaven Home uses this company extensively, I cannot emphasize how terrible these windows/doors are!!!!!!!!

Unless your builder is contractually required to work with them, do not select them as your vendor for windows. Their material, service and management is absolutely horrible.
Absolutely horrible. My mother, who doesn't speak English, was scammed two years ago from a technican at NewMar Windows, and the manager and management did not help us at all.
Furthermore, whenever we ask for assistance, they mess up the address and do not come to the service appointment. To make matters worse, they don't tell you if they're going to be late to the appointment - I waited 4 hours for them, and they never

I had their single hung windows installed by builder. Most of them stopped staying up and kept falling down whenever I opened them. I called their office at Airport Rd. and I was not provided with any information. Girl who picked up the phone basically wanted to sell their services. I managed to figure out how to remove the window sash. I found that plastic hardware used was of very poor quality and had broken. I called back Newmar again to buy the hardware and I was told that they don't carry this any more. My windows are only 12 yrs old. Very poor quality and service.

This company has terrible customer service and the quality of their installation work is poor. We bought a new build and they installed the windows and doors. Our front door had such a gap in the frame that we could feel the cold air coming through and we had frost build up. Our balcony doors were even worse, we had to lay a comforter across the bottom of the door all winter. We had cold air and frost build up. The hardwood floor expanded and the floor was extremely cold. The floor is no longer straight. We had the front door serviced twice and the balcony doors had service once. Then they came
