We called to get an estimate on replacement windows for the entire house, my husband made it clear on the phone prior to the salesperson coming out. The salesman arrived barely introduced himself and told us all of our wood was “compromised” and we needed all new construction windows which is not at all what we had called for. My husband said he was not going to go that route because that would mean re doing the interior trim on every window and the salesman Tom very rudely said “I’m done here” picked up his book and walked out. Called to make an appointment, spoke with sales person twice and confirmed a time more than a week out (not ideal to start). The appointment was in the middle of the work day and 15 mins after the appointment was supposed to start we called to inquire where the sales person was. "Oh sorry it's not on my calendar" "can you wait 30 more mins?". We asked them to come after work given we had already wasted our time and they said no. In Short, incredibly unreliable, terrible first impression, and unfortunate waste of time. We moved on to someone far more professional. Look elsewhere

Excellent service and prices! Half the price of a nearby business for replacement glass. I thought they only sold new doors and windows, but when I called them for a door glass replacement they were less expensive and had faster delivery than others.
Don, the Sales guy (don't know his last name) was extremely helpful. He even helped me load my broken glass into their dumpster. I'll definitely be back!
