We contacted Himalaya Group for a quote for a new roof, while speaking with their estimator we received the competitive quote in a very quick and timely fashion. We told the rep that we needed a structured installation on a schedule as we were doing two additional jobs which was adding a new privacy fence and a new pool. He informed us that they also do those projects and that would allow us to coordinate the jobs better. With in 3 days two of the owners came and met with us on site to discuss all 3 projects, we ended up signing with them for all the jobs and saved a very good sum of money by doing

Very professional company. Quick to respond with a quote that seemed very competitive with other companies. We had a small issue with the work that we didn’t notice until later. When I contacted them they responded immediately, came out to look the next day and are going to fix the problem. Excellent, friendly service. I would definitely recommend.

Himalaya responded in a timely manner to our request for an estimate to address problems that we had recently experienced with part of our roof. Their quote satisfied our requirements and was competitively priced. The submission was accompanied with a meeting so that details pertaining to the scope of work could be reviewed, and questions and concerns addressed. In short, the project entailed replacing a portion of a shingled roof with a rolled roofing material, replacing some plywood, improving exhaust ducts and some remedial plumbing work. Himalaya Group did our roof back in November. I can't say enough about everyone involved. Ziggy had a quote prepared for us in a matter of days and kept us informed the entire way as to when the job would start and finish, they were able to expedite the job so we could get our house listed for sale, Daniel worked within our budget in replacing plywood, and the rest of the crew worked long hours to get the job done. The clean-up crew even blew our leaves into a pile for me to rake!

After 30 years our roof was in very bad shape. I patched several areas myself but I was not comfortable working on some of the steeper areas, and roofing is hard work for someone my age. So, I began my hunt for a roofing company. I ended up phoning about eight or so firms. I had a very good experience with the Himalaya Group. After getting positive feedback from a neighbour I used them to repair my roof. After Himalaya worked with my general contractor for 4 months to finalize my backyard deck rebuild, including quotation, and thought they would be commencing within a week as one partner felt they had the time to do the job, informed at the last minute that they were all booked up for the balance of 2019 until June 2020. This has really set my project back as I had thought I could count on them to get my project done. To get blown off at the last minute is very unprofessional. If you're too busy, tell it upfront and be honest.

They do great work and their prices are competitive. We are thrilled with the end result. We had a roof extension and concrete patio done. After it was completed the lawn which got got unavoidably damaged by heavy equipment was repaired and looks good. The workers were all happy to be there and easy to deal with.
