Bought a home from them, got it with multiple issues mentioned in their own PDI and now it's been 2 months and still not fixed, their customer service is horrible and very unresponsive. Highly recommend not to buy any homes from them. My worst experience ever.
Edit: when I bought the house pre construction the condo fees was $150, after closing it was $390, and now after one year it has been increased to $500. Insane. These guys are no less than scammers in the name of builders.

Daniel, Chris and Rennie have been a pleasure to work with. Daniel has addressed our concerns and talked us through the whole process. He is very attentive, patient and easy to communicate with. Chris has taken time out of his day to visit us and hear out our concerns and has provided solutions accordingly. Both Chris and Daniel are very understanding when it comes to hearing out our issues. Rennie is approachable and easy to communicate with, she’s responsive to our email communication which makes it easy to follow up on any outstanding matter.

Horrible builder. They’re the worst to purchase from. Townhouses were delivered with countless issues (including water leak). They needed multiple follow-up calls and emails until finally sending someone over to take a look and many more follow-ups to get it fixed! We’ve been enquiring about backyard completion date starting in May and every time we asked they said it’ll be ready in a few weeks. Now 6 months has passed and it’s winter but we still don’t have backyard! Stay clear away from them if you can!

I had the pleasure of working with ADI's management team for my new property in Burlington. We had an unfortunate situation with the tenant and the team went above and beyond to help in any way possible. They were always very professional and attended to requests immediately. Also, a big thank you to Chris for doing a phenomenal job in running the team and Daniel who was my daily call and he never hesitated to help. Thank you everyone, you made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with and I couldn't imagine working with a better team!

The only reason we are giving ADI Development Group a 5 star is because of Daniel German. He was the only person who turned around our experience from a horrific one to an amazing one. All the issues we had with Adi in terms of delays, quality and communication were forgotten once we met Daniel. He is professional, caring, responsive and is very proud of giving outstanding customer experience. Daniel was very responsive regarding our concerns with the unit and made sure everything was resolved. On one occasion Daniel drove all the way to Milton (about 20 mins away) to pick up a key for us since

This builder was late, slow, poor in quality. Far too expensive for the type of work and materials provided. The build the condo, which years after the build was completed the status certificates showed work not completed or work that needed to be adjusted.
Services: Garages, Tile replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Project management, Design, Fan installation, Exterior decorating, Drywall repair

When I moved into my apartment originally, I was frustrated with the delays, tardiness and in my opinion unresponsiveness to concerns and what not raised by me. I had shared these concerns with another friend who purchased a unit here who expressed a mutual frustration as well. She however mentioned a turn around in things when she met a man by the name " Daniel German", an employee at ADI Developments. She recommended I connect with him If I wanted a difference maker.

This has to be THE WORST builder in Ontario, I purchased a unit at Station West in 2016 and they have still not delivered and have no clear date of when they will deliver.
Zero communication from the leadership of the company, the CEO should be calling every purchaser and apologizing for these delays and offering some sort of credit. This is my 6th preconstruction purchase in 8 years and I have never experienced this type of bad business from other builders. They keep using COVID as an excuse for
