My bath tub was leaking in an almost impossible to reach spot. I had a first plumber come in, quote me over $1000 and telling me they would have to cut up the ceiling below, I'd have to go through insurance and so. Dmitry came in and was able to get the job done without cutting up the ceiling for less than $800. Would recommend this plumber to anyone in the area.

We had a french drain installed by AtoZ. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Took ~four hours start to finish, including clean up and taking away the excess soil. Its a rainy day today and everything seems to be draining nicely! AtoZ also installed a couple of bathroom sinks for us on the same day which is much appreciated. Owner Dimitry is a good man to do business with.

We had a sump pump and backwater valve installed. I had called a few companies and actually had someone from a certain popular home renovation app who was supposed to complete the work - however, they said I had to remove a bunch of existing shelving in the area and get the concrete poured myself after to cover the hole in the ground. I am so glad I didn’t go with them! I called and reached Dmitry right away and he answered all my questions. He came the same day and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Once we agreed, the job was completed within a few days including the city inspection

Dmitri came to unplug the basement toilet on June 11/19. I was impressed with the questions he asked in advance so he was familiar. Once he completed his work, he was able to assure me that the drain and the toilet were okay, but that there were 3 steps to be followed to be sure the toilet did not clog. During the service call the tenant who occupies the basement unit was extremely rude & derisive. This did not faze Dmitri. This very bad patch with my tenant is over and he is now following the plumber's instructions. The toilet has worked very well for several weeks & I expect that to last as we

We are very happy with the work completed by Dmitry and his team. First, Dmitry went above and beyond by visiting our home to provide a quote on the day that we called since he happened to be nearby. We had a sump pump and backwater valve installed in our older home in East York, as well as having some older pipes replaced and plumbing for a laundry sink added in the basement. All the work was completed efficiently, with very good attention to detail, and for a reasonable price. All work areas were left neat and tidy. The person we bought the house from had supposedly installed new drains but if they did, they were installed incorrectly. The only used 1 1/2" pipe so the drain kept backing up. Dmetri came by, assessed the problem and we agreed to a price. We needed to replace the drain with a proper 4" drain. He and his crew were on time, completed the work correctly and quickly, cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the job and would recommend him to anyone.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this Company. Even though it was the very first time I called, Dimitry quickly responded to my call and was available to rectify the problem the same day. Not only did he deal with me, but he was willing to contact my tenant and see what time was good for her.
Once the work was done, I immediately received the invoice by email. Surprise....it was reasonable and no excess charges!!
