Building quality is fine, but after-purchase support has been the pain point.
Even minor issues (eg. dry wall paint) is taking 4 month and counting to get resolved. They claim to schedule an appointment to fix, making the owner take a day off of work, but cancel on the morning of with variety of excuses.
I rather them being honest, tell me they don't have resource/material, and just schedule me a few month out, instead of pushing it back every few days for months.
If you are buying a new property from this developer, keep that in mind.

Overall the main construction of the build is good, but getting any deficiencies fixed after buying has been such a headache and constant battle to get them to come fix. After taking time off work for them to come as promised, they cancel the day of and reschedule probably 5-10 times (this past time was 7 times in a span of 20 days). When they do come (email for scheduled day/time says +/- 20 mins. but they are always late) to fix the deficiencies, its not done in 1 visit and will definitely need to come back (just another day off work and more cancellations. Twice burned, never again! We first bought from Royale at their Notting Hill development. That project was delayed by almost 2 years (blamed on weather and trade availability) and when we finally got possession, there were a ton of deficiencies. We ended up selling that property because of how delayed it was but our friends still live there and have had nothing but headaches from Royale and their warranty provider WBI Home Warranty.

Buying from Royale has been a disaster. So many deficiencies and they are not getting resolved. Every day they promise to arrive and have it fixed, on that same day they always say it will be the next day. They have been doing this for 6 months. I rearrange my work day to be home and they bail. Terrible. We have purchased new from other developers before with absolutely incredible service and quality. To bad not all developers are the same...

Worst experience ever, I would not recommend buying anything from this developer. They use non experienced workers and overpriced the property. I’ve been waiting 2 years for my deficiencies to be repaired in the interior of my home and my exterior will probably not be addressed leaving strata on the hook, which still cost me the owner.

Built as fast and as cheap as possible. Absolutely no quality control. I'd be surprised if more than 1/4 of the builders used are red seal certified and if they are, they dont care about doing quality building. Some walls are over 2.5" from straight. Charging top dollar for less that poor quality builds should be criminal.
