Beware and Run! Don’t become a victim of fraud. Kamal Hira sat down with us, negotiated a price for a home and took our deposit for the lot. Few weeks later he informs us that he miscalculated the price and quoted us a new price which was thousands higher. We were shocked in disbelief but still agreed because by this time most of the other builders were sold out. It took Kamal weeks to send us a new contract citing medical problems with panic attacks with him and his family (maybe because they can't sleep at night after cheating people). Lo and behold, we were shocked once again and he took out

We Contracted Hira Homes and we started the project of building our new home. Hira’s trades team is excellent from the kitchen installers to the interior design. The quality and design was amazing in every aspect of our home, from our cascading to the beautiful crown moldings. There were a few bumps in the road with regard to delays but overall, the whole process was stress-free and we found it very exciting and enjoyed Hira taking care of everything! The staff of Hira Homes are very knowledgeable, trusting and honest in the opinions they provide – it didn’t appear to be a sale but an effort

For us this was going to be our first home that we would
have for ourselves so it was a big deal. We interviewed many builders but
Hira Homes won out because of their pricing and flexibility.
Many things came up during the building process and Kamal was always flexible and understanding throughout. Building a home is a complex process and things will go wrong. The important thing is that when they do the builder doesn't try to pull himself out of it. With Kamal we never had that problem. Would we recommend him to others? We already did!
