Parking the tonka toys for a while, the lads went off to university and became professional engineers. The bigger "sand boxes" they now play in required bigger and more sophisticated equipment to handle large scale projects in a timely & efficient manner.

We take safety very seriously! Some might say too seriously. The ongoing training and culture of safety instilled in this firm gets everyone home - every day! For many years now, we have retained the services of Corporate Compliance Inc., which has done an outstanding job in training and instructing our team of employees to a level far beyond industry standards.
We dedicate our humble Gold Stars in Mr. Hall's Honour. They are awarded to individuals that deserve special mention and recognition for their outstanding efforts & passion for what they do. These limited edition handcrafted items are perhaps not masterpieces but are priceless in that each is unique, involved three generations of the Rabb family to build, and are given unconditionally from our hearts.
We have numerous Caterpillar excavators, ranging from relatively small to about as big as you can legally haul down the road. It's for one simple reason: the machine must be matched to the task being performed, and we believe our excavators will match the task. We also have an enormous variety of buckets and attachments to augment the capabilities of this equipment.
We own a bunch of dozers from small and nimble trim dozers, to larger and more powerful bulk-pushing dozers, all with the abilities to perform well in extreme conditions. Some units are even outfitted with laser & GPS guidance systems! This machine takes grading to a whole new "level". This machine is great for final grade work for applications such as: large slab on grades, sports fields, & parking lots.
We have the technology & equipment to perform live watermain taps for large bore connections. These T.V.S. (tapping valve & sleeve) connections can be accomplished on both ductile iron & plastic pipes. The real beauty of a live water-main tap or hot tap, is that the water line does not need to be put out of service, and the associated work involved with coordinating a shut down & re-commissioning is eliminated.

We hired Rabb to hook up to the city sewer, as we were doing a full house renovation and wanted to complete the renovation with a septic decommission and keep all work local to the community. Brenda was fantastic at keeping us abreast of the work, with ran into unexpected issues and the team kept perceiving to resolve it, with winter coming and cold rainy weather setting in. Mark worked in the muddy trench through this weather and did not stop until the hookup was complete in. He put in a lot of cold hours. In the spring they came back to grade the yard and they did extra landscaping to help “obscure”

We hired Rabb Construction to inspect our septic system prior to formalizing the sale. Brenda showed up on time, work boots on, tools in hand, and provided us with a detailed inspection report. We purchased our new home with confidence, knowing that our septic system won’t cause us issues in the near future. We will definitely be calling on Rabb Construction for future projects!

Simply put ... we loved our Rabb experience. Rabb managed excavation, back filling, grading and septic system installation for our new home build. We were very happy with the results but particularly appreciated the 'beyond the call' efforts of the Rabb team in all aspects. We had Rabb Construction repave our driveway and expand it from a single car to a double car driveway. We could not be happier with the service we received. We were concerned that such a small project would get neglected by a contractor and we would be forced to chase after them. We were pleasantly surprised when they promptly came by and looked at the work we wanted, discussed the work and made suggestions regarding the final width and which direction to expand the driveway. They provided a written quote shortly thereafter. We were even more surprised that they scheduled the work in a timely fashion

What a pleasure having Rabb Construction out to expand our septic system. Brenda and her team took care of us completely, from start to finish every step of the way. They answered all our questions, worked out what was best for us and our home. Her staff are very courteous and professional, making sure we knew what was going on and leaving the construction site clean and organized. Glenn was fabulous, making sure we were happy with progress, and that everything was done properly. I can't recommend Rabb Construction enough.
