Prestige Flooring & Hardwood

I love the flooring we bought from here! What I didn't love was the customer service. It was hard to find a sales person to talk to and ask questions. Sales people were knowledgeable. Prestige loaded the flooring into our truck, and we brought it home. We unloaded ALL the boxes and then realized they gave us the wrong pallet. When I phoned to tell them, they said to bring it back... No offer to deliver the correct flooring and pick up the wrong flooring.
UPDATE: We ordered some flooring reducers, was told it was a 10% restocking fee if we did not need them all. Went to return one, and was told

We had a great experience with Prestige. We found a textured kitchen wall tile that made our kitchen look amazing and unique. The tile contractor was fantastic and took the time to plan where each tile went to best suit the kitchen. We would highly recommend Prestige and will be back to use their services again.

Special ordered tile through this company. Texted the salesman a picture of the tile we decided on, and he asked me to confirm the product number, even though he was the one that had the sample board at his work. I had taken a picture of the sample board so I texted back which code I thought it was - being clear that I wasn’t sure, as I didn’t have the board in hand.
He proceeded to order the wrong tile. When we realized this, they apologized and went and ordered the correct tile. BUT failed to let us know we would be expected to pay full price for both until it had been already ordered and

The customer service was exceptional literally the minute I stepped into the door. Todd and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and had a good experience. They have a large selection of flooring and tile whether it be custom order or in warehouse. And the price can't be beat. You won't find a better price anywhere else so save yourself some time and just go to Prestige.

We had carpet installed in our basement last fall. There is nothing prestigious about our experience with this establishment. The service we originally got from the owner, Carl was good even though I had to look past his multiple sexist jokes. After installation we came home to find they installed the wrong color because the sample they gave us was not labeled. They attempted to smooth things over with a small discount and we didn’t want to have to continue dealing with this company so we accepted their offering. Not to mention the people who installed left a giant mess behind and had to come

Gave them a call May 5, 2020 and the receptionist was very pleasant and nice to talk to. I needed a piece of lino and they were happy to accommodate me. I told him I would pick up. I showed up 15 minutes later and Carl Had the piece cut and rolled up ready for me. The price was really fair and the service was the best I have ever gotten. I was treated like I really was a part of their family . Thank you Prestige Flooring and employees. We will see you again shortly for our next project.

After purchasing our new home a year ago, we have done lots of renovations. Last year we dealt with Carl for our hardwood/carpet needs. Each time I went in or communicated via phone/email I had great service either with Carl or the front desk. Just recently I was back in the store looking for some backsplash tile for our kitchen. Todd helped me out and has been excellent to deal with! Working with Carl for our flooring and Todd for our tile, I knew that I was dealing with the best of the best. They knew just how to find the design/style that I wanted, both have amazing knowledge on their products

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREl. The owner will lie to your face. He sold my mother over $500 of broken flooring. She noted it was broken upon arrival but had already paid. I tried to meet with him on several occasions and he would never keep our appointments. He would not refund or replace the broken flooring he delivered.
EDIT: I have never had a discussion over media before but since you continually dodge me and waste my time this is the last resort. She has yet to be contacted and if she ever is, it will be because I contacted the supplier directly and they had great customer service unlike you.

My wife and I used Prestige Flooring and Hardwood last year for an insurance claim. We talked with Carl and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. We are now renting the property that was fixed and had a minor flooring problem, I called Carl from Prestige he was over at the house in no time and had it fixed himself! Overall great service and great selection of products. Would highly recommend using Prestige if your planning on any kind of flooring update.
