We have used Bowerbird for two significant renovations in the last 2 years - the first an attic Reno, and most recently a bathroom rondo. Our home is an old Victorian in downtown toronto, so the bathroom was very small, the electrical and plumbing very suspect. Bowerbird provided a quality estimate and stayed within budget and timelines.

The three "gentlemen," and that's precisely how they were throughout from day one, were absolutely fabulous to work with. Andrei, Victor and Vlad from the time they stepped into our home, made us feel at ease with the project at hand. The quote, which by the way was very reasonable, was sent very quickly, especially since the project was very time sensitive prior to us moving into the home. We were very pleased by the renovation job that Bowerbird did for our basement. Andrei, Victor, and Vlad were highly professional, they worked hard, and they were a pleasure (and fun) to have around.
They aren't the cheapest – if you want Walmart quality, go elsewhere – but we felt we got excellent value. Their quality and workmanship is superb, and they came in exactly on budget and on time. For the few changes that we wanted, they charged very reasonably. And as unforeseen circumstances arose – they always do in old homes like ours – they had innovative, proactive solutions.

We own an older Victorian home in Leslieville and hired Victor and Andrei to renovate our dust and cobweb filled attic into an office loft, above our master bedroom. Bowerbird was the only contractor to physically go up into the attic (they spent 20 minutes up there) and really look at the space, and consider all the possibilities, prior to discussing the quote. All the other contractors that we interviewed barely poked their head up into the space, not even leaving the ladder or measuring the space. Both prior to the start of the renovation, as well as during the work, they made thoughtful suggestions

Bowerbird Renovations have recently renovated my attic space to create a storage room for my small house. The renovation only lasted two days and was perfectly done.
