We had R&D Plumbing repair a cracked drain pipe in our kitchen, as well as install new sink drain. The plumber did fantastic work. The problem was that we had a service window of 2-4pm. At 4:15pm I heard nothing from them, so called their office. They were apologetic and said they're trying to reach their tech. Shortly after, I received a call that someone was at my house to do the estimate and work. The tech there have us an estimate of $349, but because we had our own plumbing supplies it would be different, but he couldn't say what. He said someone should be here that night to do the repair

Unfortunately, our system was 11 years old… so the cost to repair the current issue didn’t make sense. We were given multiple options and solutions. From there, we made a choice to buy a new unit. Within 10 mins of calling to book our

After calling R&D and explaining the issue we were experiencing, they were able to promptly book us an appointment with Tim.
Tim came to the house on time and conducted himself in a very caring, professional manner.
He was quick to diagnose the issue, and took the time to explain our options.
There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with any repairs until we were ready to make our decision.
I wouldn't trust anyone other than Tim and the team at R&D.
