Avoid this company! They were called to my condo to fix a sink faucet with hot water cross over. They insisted it wasn't the sink faucet causing the issue and changed the cartridge on my bathtub faucet. After changing the cartridge he realized the cross over was caused by the sink but didn't have the cartridge for it so he took pictures of it and left. In the end, he accomplished nothing but charged us for a bath cartridge, PPE and clean up. The worst part about it was that my bathtub was filthy after he was done with it and there definitely was no clean up as shown in the pictures. He also reinstalled

Blocked pipes, waited 3 days to get the plumber here from New Water Plumbing. (Condo management preferred plumber)
Plumber scheduled for 9 to 1 pm on Friday morning. No one showed up and I called at 2 pm and was told the guy was almost here. 4:30 called and told the office was closed.
Took the day off work and now need to take another day off work as they are saying they do not work weekend.
They don't seem to care and are saying nothing. No phone call, text or e-mail to say they would be late or could not make it.
Can't judge the work as they have not done anything.

When it comes to billing, beware of their scam tactics.
My Situation that just happened, in chronological order:
0. My kitchen sink started to clog this week at the Toronto condo I recently moved into.
1. On Thursday at around 4:10pm I called and booked a plumber to unclog my kitchen sink for Friday at 1:00pm-5:00pm. They said it would take about an hour + rental fee for the drain snake machine. "$170 for the first hour + around $30 for the rental" I was told. (No additional charges shared, i.e. travel time)

TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID. There's a reason they have terrible reviews.
I scheduled the company for the repair of a slow filling toilet. They scheduled me for the next day between 9am and 1pm. No one showed up. I called them and they promised to move it to the next day. I asked this time that if they couldn't make it, to at least have the courtesy to call me. Next day, appointment was 9am to 1pm and again no one called or showed up. What a joke and waste of time.

The plumber cut existing brass adapters from the pipes and soldered new valves straight to the pipes. Future repairs will be more time consuming and costly. Even though they offer 90 days warranty on their work, I will not be contacting them again. Overall more damage than help. I noticed the damage after it was done. They charge by the hour, so I do not understand the reason for not taking their time to do proper repairs. Showed up on time and were polite.

This organisation was selected by our Condo Management Team. Their plumber visited my TH, checked the scanty water flow from the kitchen faucet and stated that the faucet is faulty. Secondly, he replaced an aerator in the vanity bathroom and cleansed the sprayer head. THAT IS ALL!. Here is when they took me to the cleaners. The plumber spent all of 30 minutes to do do the above and submitted a bill for $211.57 to my Condo Management Team which they have passed on to me for payment. 2 hours labour @ $71.00 an hour = $142.00 + truck charge of $28.00. Cost of aerator $$7.23 + taxes. New Water Plumbing

I only called New Water Plumbing because they regularly service my condo building. I should have checked the consumer reviews before. Here are some stats as at Jan 28, 2019: 3.8 out of 10 at HomeStars; 1.8 out of 5 at Google; 1 out of 5 at Yelp. The list goes on. Well, you get the idea. I was told that there was a plumber on site, hence I would not be charged for him to come to my unit to inspect the dripping faucet. The plumber was at my unit for less than 10 minutes, during which he never spoke to me. When he was done, he told me that everything was in good order. All he had to do was to tighten

Rude and incompetent. I would give a rating of zero stars if it was possible.
Jason, the plumber that came out wasn’t able to install my new Bosch dishwasher. I was still charged $288 though. There was a cost to fix the toilet but the majority of the cost was for the dishwasher disaster.
I called the office after Jason left, October 22, and spoke with Dave who indicated that he would look into it and get back to me in 24hrs. 53 hours later, after I did not get a call back, I called again and spoke to the after hours people. They indicated they would relay my message. Again, I got no call the

Seriously overcharged for cartridge replacement and the number of hours on site. Their communication and assessment of problems was also misleading. The manager Rick was not proactive about addressing my complaints. This company was brought in by the condo property management and their customer service reflects little to no concern for the condo tenant. Given the similar reviews posted here I find their continued relationship with property management suspect.

I used their services few months ago and was grossly over billed for both - parts and labour.
Plumber worked for about 1.5-2 hours and billed for 3.5 hours. Charged $50 each for two valves he replaced, which are available in Home Depot for about $16 each. All in all, they billed me $520.93 for replacing two valves.
I used their services because they were recommended by the building management company. Had I seen these reviews before, I would have avoided them entirely.

Extremely Expensive. Paid 530$ to have valves replaced in condo unit.
Very disappointing considering how basic the job is and the relationship company has with my condo building.
Most importantly poor customer service.
I contacted company 6 times over the course of 5 weeks to discuss my bill. Each time I called I was assured that management will review and get back to me. I received no follow-up. Eventually, I called again and finally spoke to management who provided no support of my concern.
Very disappointing considering how basic the job is and the relationship company has with my condo building.
