I contacted Steiner through my landlord for a drainage issue in my apartment. They came in the morning unprepared and said will be back with the proper tool to fix the bath tub. Never seen or heard any words after they left. It matters when they do this on fridays prior to weekend.

Very poor with responding to calls, didn't show up for multiple scheduled appointments. Came unprepared for work. Still waiting for them to repair damage they did.

Gotta say once again steiners has helped me out this thime in the biggest way possible. My sewer backed up and steiner being the only place in the area with a snake came out on dec 24th and 5:30pm to unplug the line for me when they were only doing emergency lose of heat calls means so much not to just me but the parkland area to have you guys around thank you!!!!
