I've been using UHAC for more than 20 years, and they didn't disappoint when I suddenly found a large unexplained puddle in my furnace room at 10pm on a Sunday. Even that late at night they had a tech available to consult, and he texted me through shutting off the dehumidifier until they could get someone out there. By 8am Monday they were on the phone arranging an appointment, and a tech was there by 11am. Just a great business, a real delight to deal with.

My home was without heat for over 14 hours during an "extreme cold alert" and I tried to contact my HVAC provider, Enercare, to help me with this issue as it was -25 degrees outside and the temperature in my house dropped to 10 degrees. Jeffery came to investigate my furnace problem. Came at exact time as promised. Very friendly and took time for a thorough inspection. Explain to me what he was doing as I was with him (while maintaining social distancing). I was very impressed by him letting me know what was happening and how he went about locating my furnace problem. My problem has not recurred and now I hardly notice my furnace running after his furnace fix.

-22 outside, 15c inside - Michelle was our first contact at the office and she quickly sent Todd who was able to repair our furnace. Todd and his assistant were efficient, professional and very helpful about what needed to be done to get heat in our home when it was -22c. We need a new furnace, but it is repaired until we have the new one installed, also purchased from Unionville Heating & Air Conditioning. Very helpful, knowledgeable about their product and were able to fix our furnace (for now!) right away. New one gets installed next week.

We had a furnace failure at my mothers house so I called our "Old Reliable" HVAC company - Unionville Heating.
They were there in a few hours, repaired the issue quickly and cleanly as usual. Pricing was quite reasonable. I've been used them several times over the years and have never been disappointed.

When do you need a new furnace? When it’s the coldest outside, of course. The Staff at Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and helpful. My new furnace installation was done very efficiently and more than exceeded my expectations. Dave consulted with me before the installation. Unionville Heating is a exemplary organization and I recommend them without reservation. They will stick with you until your problem is resolved. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Response to phone calls and emails have all been within the hour. Schedules are within a two hour window which has worked well and they don't mind if you look over their shoulder. Good guys!

I called and left a message to speak to somebody about getting some service for my fireplace. John the owner called me back and he’s a very knowledgeable man. He also help me walk through some steps to look into my furnace over the phone. But now I have booked an appointment to get service done and will see them soon I was on the phone with him for about an hour. Our by-pass humidifier is not really making any difference, so called this place and got the fan powered humidifier installed. The staff is very friendly and professional. Provided good information and advises regarding different kind of products and services. Technician arrived on time, did a perfect job, even took all the garbage when he left. Highly recommended!!
