Absolutely terrible customer service. My partner and I called Wade to come out and look at our heating system (we've had 900$ power bills in the winter when running this system).
We were genuinely looking forward to having a professional come out and determine what the problem was. Upon Wades arrival my partner greeted him by telling him how grateful he was that he was here - Wade responded in an aggressive manner with a "you know it's a 2 hour minimum, right? 187.50". Well of course we didn't expect to call someone out for free, but we told him that he failed to mention that on the phone. Without

Wade did various electrical jobs in my century old house such as updating the electrical panel and outdated lighting in the basement. Not only does he do an amazing job in tackling the electrical challenges that an old house presents but he also gave me great advice on lighting decor.
