Not satisfied with the results, there was dirt stuck to the bathtub, the surface is not smooth, and the overspray stuck to my new window screen. They want to recharge me $120 to respray the tube to fix the flaws and to cover water drops that hit the surface before it was dry. They argued with me and changed the redo price several times and had a bad attitude about it. The were not clear how important it is to not let one drop of water can get on the surface before it is completely dry! They said only that you can't use it for 48 hours.

Bathtub King reglazed the tile in 3 bathrooms about 14 years ago and did an AMAZING job! While they only guarantee their work for 1 year, there was no peeling, cracking or chipping for over 10 years. Needless to say I felt comfortable hiring them again. This time the work/craftsmanship was beyond horrible! I guess it depends on which technician you get because whoever they sent out 14 years ago was great. This time, immediately after, the tile had bumps all over and then started peeling, cracking and chipping. They made 2 attempts to fix and with each time the problems got worse. While they offer

We were doing productions for DiscoveryChannel in the area, we stopped at the store to change the cameras for 3 minutes, the store staff chased us out, haunted the police, took pictures. service shop not nice, despite the lack of customers in the store, no one has blocked the driveway for more than 3 minutes. I will definitely not use this salon in the future.

I called this company and asked them to come and look at my bathtub and tiles and give me estimates of the job. They did not want to bother to send anyone and said if you want to reglaze the tub, the price is so much and for the tile, the price is so much, no partial job on the tiles, you do either all or nothing. I have not seen or heard of a contractor to give you the price over the phone without seeing the work!

I wish I knew of BathTubKing before! They have impeccable reception service from Laurie, who is both very kind and efficient. She got me a quick quote and scheduled me right away after my approval.
As for the work, Robert is the man who came out to do the job. He was absolutely terrific! He was a pleasure to deal with and did a tremendous job of reglazing a bath, the tile surrounding the bath and 3 kitchen counters all by himself! The finished product truly looked amazing, and you could tell that Robert personally cares if the job is done well or not.
