Met with owner to discuss weeding and cultivating services for 4 months. He was very nice and agreeable. The first month a team of 2 members turned up and did a fantastic job and I was super happy. The second month a team of 3 turned up; two worked hard and third person stood in the middle of the garden chatting to the two working. The third month I had to follow up towards the end of the month on a Friday to see when they were turning up. Owner told me they would come tomorrow, which he and another member of his team did and they completed the job. The fourth month they didn't bother
