We are so happy we chose MPB for our home renovation! After hearing horror stories from friends on their experiences with large scale renovations, I was prepared to miss timelines, extra expenses and lose sleep. On September 2016 MBP started our renovation on our ensuite, there was a flurry of activity. As the days went by the time spent on the job became less, the contractors were pulled away to do other projects. After six months our ensuite was completed. I can accept a week or two for unforeseen delays but this time frame was not acceptable.

We recently had a flood in our bathroom which spread to 2 bedrooms and crawl space. MPB Construction came in with a very fair quote and worked well with our Insurance Company. We decided to do a few upgrades in the bathroom with a new shower and a custom made linen cabinet (which was beautifully made). The sub-trades brought in to do the floors and painting did an outstanding job. Larry, the tradesman assigned to this job, was outstanding in every aspect. His attention to detail and his professional approach was greatly appreciated. MPB project manager and staff are, in our opinion, a true example
