I thought that was already beyond what I was willing to spend on this project but Shawn Rondeau, VP and the son of the owner Rick Rondeau told me that “they are a big builder and their big discounts with trades and material will cover their hefty $300,000 management fee and more. They also said it is possible that the final costs will be even less

14 Estates did an amazing job building our dream cottage on Simcoe. The team was fast informative and transparent, their experience was truly showing. Hopefully for my next house I'll be able to use them again!
I find it amazing after reading through the reviews that so many people would leave a 1 star review on an independent family run business.

I don't have any association with Fourteen Estates but I have been following the Facebook page created by one of their disgruntled customers. Fourteen Estates creates beautiful luxury homes and they have been doing so for 40 plus years there is no way one house could go so wrong. I believe this customer is just trying to get attention because if her house has so many dangers according to her posts how can she possibly be living in the house with her family? I feel sorry not only for Fourteen Estates but for any company that has to deal with someone like her.

Randy the construction site super blew away our expectations, He made sure stuff got done on the job site and done right. He is a fantastic communicator, clean and attention to detailed.

There seems to be a number of people claiming the 5 star reviews are fake. Well my review is certainly NOT fake!! It's very sad to see these people who have never used Fourteen Estates bash a family owned and operated business that does fantastic work! I don't understand why individuals feel the need to say horrible things with no first hand experience, merely on the word of one person who is on a mission to destroy. I have worked with Fourteen Estates and many of their trades for over 25 years and will continue to do so. Meet the owners, see their product and decide for yourself! I have attached

We are recent clients. Our experience was excellent. All new home builds come with hiccups and Fourteen Estates supported us and continue to support us. We took possession in February and we love our new home. The quality is outstanding. We have had many people through it while we did blinds and other things, including movers who all comment on the outstanding workmanship.

Fourteen Estates helped my wife and I build our dream home 10 years ago. It was a big project for us, but we had many meetings with Rick and Karin to help to simplify the process.
We very much enjoyed working with them both to come up with an amazing design, within our budget that we are very pleased and proud of today. After the basic home design, we were advised throughout the process, which helped with many decisions related to interior decor and other amazing home features.
Shawn was also a pleasure to work with, and did a great job organizing his tradesmen and Fourteen Estates site employees

As we went through the process we realized that (not only did we) but also you wanted everything to be perfect. Your attention to detail has made our house stand out as something special and unique.
My wife was very fortunate to work alongside your trademen. She got to know them well and quickly realized that they all take great pride in their work and strive for perfection. Safety was always taken into consideration. Whenever we visited the site the men were always friendly and answered any questions we had. They are all great and you must be proud of them.

We built our dream home with Fourteen Estates 22 years ago and we have been so very happy with our beautiful home since. Two years ago we contracted Fourteen Estates to renovate our master bath, laundry room and basement, it was a major project and were very happy to hear, that since Rick & Karin built our original home they personally wanted to manage our renovation project. Rick was onsite daily and was as fantastic to work with as he was years ago! Karin suggested amazing design ideas, what a talent she has!! Fourteen estates surpassed my expectations by a mile. They were able to find us the right location but also build our dream home. Rick and his son Shaun were able to answer any of my questions regardless of time and always reassured me if I felt hesitant. Addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were catered too.
