Strong, Durable, Maintenance Free Vinyl construction - provides a lifetime of performance. High Performance Glass - Standard Low E, optional Argon Gas, and KeepSafeTM add energy efficiency, safety and security. Optional High Performance 1-3/8" Triple Seal Unit - with two 1/2" air space for Argon Gas with double Solar Shield Low E resulting in a R 8.2 factor.
Sash panels are co-extruded with dual durometer flex P.V.C. surrounding the entire 7/8 sealed glass unit for optimum seal and added strength. Exclusive nylon screen roller system with an independent suspension at all four corners is designed with a side adjustment screw for easy leveling. Each individual wheel is precision-machined using a highly tensile strength plastic material called Delrin.

I cannot thanpk the team at Olympia windows enough. LILI was amazing she was professional; put us at ease and helped us to understand which windows and doors would best suit our home. Lili was there each step of the way and kept us updated. The measurement and instillation was painless. Good quality product. Good price we compared with other and stayed with Olympia.

Initial Interaction with John was nice, very pleasant gentleman, agreed on the spot to hire them. Unfortunately went downhill fast, the woman in the office was patronizing and condescending; especially her part of making it feel that my request wasn't worth it for them and nonsense about how just "sending a truck to a job site is $500". No wonder that the roof collapsed at their previous location.

I contacted the company via email back in mid/late July and setting up the appointment was very easy. The consultation itself was good, the lady (Lily) who came by was very courteous and friendly and at the end of our appointment indicated that she would take about a week to send me my quote. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I contacted her and she said that it was summer time, everyone was out of the office, she was running around on her own, she was doing walk-in appointments in addition to putting together quotes, etc. I said that's fine, could she please give me an updated time line

Four and a half years ago we purchased sliding patio doors with inner mini blinds. The installation was great, done on time and we were entirely satisfied with the product. Recently one of the min blinds failed to operate properly and we contacted Olympia. It was great to find out that we still had several months of warranty left and their service man showed up a few days later to inspect the door. Since he could not do the repairs, he referred the problem to the manufacturer. Two weeks later a repairman showed up with a new door and in less than 45 minutes the new door was installed, and adjusted

Used Olympia several years ago for work on our 1st house. When we moved into our 2nd house the windows were in very bad condition. Spoke with the sales person about not only upgrades but changing the window over our sink to a BOW type window.
Prices were great and the installation team did another fantastic job. Not a single sign that they were there, no debris what so ever was found inside our outside the house.
The traditional windows that were put in look great. The 'Stop-And-Stare" is the beautiful BOW window looking out into the garden.

I purchased several main-floor, and basement windows and a sliding glass door from Olympia Windows and Doors. The crew did a great job of installing them and I am very pleased. In addition over the years I needed a repair to the sliding door and the service was excellent. They arrived quickly, and fixed the problem immediately. I would strongly recommend them to everyone looking for windows and doors.
