Rob and his crew did a fantastic job trimming and removing some trees for us! We are extremely pleased with how the work has totally transformed our property. Rob followed up on my email inquiry right away to set up a time to look at some trees for us and provide an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through the process and his recommendations. The crew was professional and took a lot of care with their work and cleanup, while also providing some great entertainment for our 5 year old :). Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work

Rob Cross got back to my email right away, and was able to come by quickly and give a quote which was very reasonable. His team got our tree down quickly and with a minimum of noise, I had two toddlers who were able to nap through the work in the backyard - highly recommend them

Cross Brothers did a great job on our large overgrown Maple tree. Planted it 21 years ago .. and it is over 45-ft tall now. Was getting too thick. Too wide also. Rob and his team not only trimmed the shape of the tree back to a manageable size -- but thinned the branches inside the tree by removing excess branches from ground level up to about 35-40 feet inside the tree. My experience with Rob at Cross Bros Tree Service was frustrating, and disappointing.
I have a dead tree on my property that I want removed and after Rob came by and gave me a quote, we arranged a date and approximate time for him to come by. He DID NOT SHOW UP, nor, did he have the courtesy to call me to let me know why.
I have called him and left several messages, but I have not heard from him since.
Maybe, he has gone OUT OF BUSINESS...which would be no surprise to me, based on how he conducts his business.

I highly recommend Cross Bros Tree Service for any of your tree servicing needs in Durham Region.
Rob and his team did a fantastic job removing a fairly large pine tree from my backyard today. The guys were very quick, courteous, and cleaned up great. Rob had removed my tree less than a week after giving me the initial quote. Just fantastic service in that regard.
Not to mention Rob's pricing is significantly better than other Tree Cutting or Arborist services in Durham Region.
Don't hesitate to give Rob a call or e-mail.
