I am a Strata Property Manager who on occasion requires the use of Security Guards when the power goes out at a building or the parkade gate is stuck open. I have used many companies and continuously receive complaints about sleeping security guards or rude security guards or the inability for security guards to communicate with the owners or the Strata Council. This is the ONLY company to work for in the security industry. The company really has a strong corporate culture and is trying to do things differently in the security industry. They focus on providing top notch training, and most of their sites are high profile and a great place to learn new things and advance your skillset.
