I booked a couch/carpet cleaning. They phoned the day of the appointment asking to reschedule because they had double booked themselves. I had already moved the furniture around in my apartment so they could clean everything, but I agreed to re-schedule since they were very apologetic and said they would do an "extra good job" next week.

Recently had them in to do our carpets
and can already feel the air quality is much better. Very reasonable prices, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and I liked that they explained the process and what to expect.

Quick and easy to set up an appointment. They were here on time on a Monday morning. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned since we moved in and they did a great job in getting most of the carpet clean. Unfortunately, some more coloured items in the carpet left by the kids were not as easy to get up, but the guy that was here fully explained the whole process to us so it was understandable. Would totally hire again

Really nice guys. Did a great job! Excellent service. Be flexible on what time they will arrive - I wouldn’t reccomend trying to squeeze it in when you have other places to be - and you will be very happy too!
All I wanted was to remove the smoke smell in a house I just moved into with very old carpets. The service ended up removing very old stains with the smells!

Booked Marc to clean my carpets. After reading other reviews I made it a point of telling him I was on the second floor of the building and there was no elevator, which he indicated was fine. He arrived, only to tell me he couldn't do the job because of the stairs! Incredibly unprofessional, a complete waste of time, had to hire someone else...Who by the way was cheaper, and had zero issues with the stairs! Should advertise that he works in single level buildings only.

I don't normally take the time to submit a review on a business but I am just so impressed with this company. Any time I call them to have my carpets cleaned they did a spectacular job and impressive customer service.
They showed up when they said they would and had wonderful personalities.
